The non-profit organization 'Zero Distance Harbor' was founded by Mr. Jin Guowei. Since 2011, Mr. Jin Guowei has embarked on the path of public welfare and created a series of public welfare courses and activities, which have been held in over a hundred sessions nationwide, benefiting over 6000 students. As time passed, a large number of public welfare volunteers emerged to follow in his footsteps.

In order to better play the role of public welfare, Mr. Jin Guowei proposed the idea of establishing a non-profit group in April 2016. After years of effort and preparation, the non-profit organization "Zero Distance Harbor" was officially registered in the United States on March 5, 2021.
